I’ve been on a little habits kick lately. I feel like the older I get, the more I’m realizing how much my habits determine how I spend my time and whether or not I achieve my goals. And one of the most important sets of habits that affects how my day plays out is my morning routine
If I’m a mess in the morning, I feel like I spend the rest of the day trying to catch up. If I am able to be intentional about my mornings, though, the rest of my day tends to go more smoothly as well. Because of this, I’ve developed a little “morning routine checklist” to help me stay on track. Everyone will have a different morning routine that works for them, their circumstances, and their stage of life, but I thought I’d share what’s working for me these days– I know I’m always interested to know what’s working for other people

So, finally today is the day I was waiting since many. Today is my grandma’s 70th birthday. I love my grandma a lot. So I started planning for her special day since 10-15 days to surprise her with all her favorites and I’m so happy that I succeeded in this. “A well spent day with my grandma” may she live many more & more happy days with us. So, it was a hectic day and also a memorable day I can say coz in evening when I was out for a B-Day party in Cafe my friends were there, family members were present everyone was together lookin’ so good that I was unable to take my eyes off.
Suddenly I saw in twitter that my friend (B-Day girl) she uploaded all her details and everything also location about the event in social media. I tried telling her to remove all the stuff,after party you can upload but she denied & the result was all her jewellery got stolen from her home and lot of money was taken off by thieves.
Moral, don’t upload all the privacy details in social media until and unless it’s not done. Be aware. Be safe.
There is an old proverb that says ‘Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. I am in the habit of getting up early in the morning and have formed the habit of walking long morning walks in the past two years.It is a light Precise and best for physical fitness. The morning air which is fresh and pure is beneficial for the lungs. The early rays of the rising Sun are good for healthy skin. ‘Health is Wealth’ and Doctors also recommend morning walk to their patients for gaining sound health and freshness of energy. At a distance of about one kilometer from my house there is a big park. Along with my neighbourhood friend I cover the distance and also I like spending time with her. Loved being fit.
“164th story”A 92 years old man, short, very well-presented, who takes great care in his appearance, moved into an older adults’ home. After waiting several hours in the lobby, he gently smiled when they told him that his room was ready. His wife had recently died, and he was obliged to leave his home. As he was very gentle person he was very surprised after seeing his room in such condition it was arranged so good. He started talking to rest of them in pleasant way and adapted himself in that climate.
